About the University
Kiev University basically known as Kyiv Medical University of Ukrainian Association of Folk Medicine was found in 1992. It is a private university among Estonia, Lithuania, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Moldova, Latvia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Russia, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia.
The university is recognized by the Ministry of Science and Education. Also, the university has the official permission of the Ministry to improve educational work for Level IV accreditation.

The duration of the course at the university is 6 years as stated in the license issued by the Ministry of Health and Education. The course leads to M.D (Physician) qualification, accredited by the health ministry of Ukraine and WHO as well which makes the university a prime choice for the International students who wish to study MBBS in Ukraine.
The courses are offered in three languages which includes English as well. So, the medium of command offered by the university is Russian, Ukrainian and English. The MBBS course at Kiev Medical University is a composite program which consists of two semesters each year i.e. spring and fall semester. There are different rules of curriculum and regulations for each semester which is set up by the MBBS University in Ukraine.
There is separate faculty for international students who have opted English as a medium of the MBBS course.
According to the European Union rules, in the initial years of the course, the international students are being taught Pre-clinical subjects and in the last three years, they study clinical subjects.

Weather in Ukraine
